This is what guides you, your core beliefs that are developed very early in age. Often times, this core belief makes you feel that you are not good enough and that you cannot achieve your goals. 

The fixed mindset can be changed if you are willing to change it. If you are committed to making the change and you stick to it, you will get there. It's easier than you think.

Making the decision, this is a huge hurdle that you have made it over and you should feel good about this. You have lived with this limiting mindset for along time and deciding to change it is not a small thing so make sure you give yourself credit for making the decision to change it.

It's actually very simple but it does require a commitment to do it every day. It only takes about 10 minutes a day but it's has to be every day. 

You will be training your brain to process truth about yourself, removing the negatives that have been there for a long time and rebuilding your foundation so that you are able to achieve the goals you want to achieve without that little voice telling you that you are not good enough.

We will start with baby steps with simple strategies that are easy to maintain.

There is no set time limit, everyone is different. You may start to see gradual changes for the better and pretty soon thereafter you will see changes in a bigger way.
