7 Day Challenge: Building a Foundation

To get started, you will spend a total of one hour on a virtual call with Chantel where you will share your goals and she will ask you some questions (we do not collect any identifying information and we do not sell any information to 3rd parties) and you will be sent some information to help you start your journey.

After your virtual call and after you receive the information, you will have another virtual call Chantel, which will be approximately *30 minutes where you will be able to ask any questions and to discuss your plan moving forward. You will be sent a formal written suggested plan to reach the goals that were previously discussed which will be written for you based on the information that has been collected.

*the call may be longer depending on how much information needs to be shared, You will not be charged additional fees, this is done to make sure you have the best path to start.

You will receive options based on your needs and you can decide for yourself how to proceed but you will have the recommendations to build your foundation. 

You may receive coaching offers for various things but we will not reach out to you except to follow up and check on you and your progress, you will not receive any sales calls, emails, or anything else.

If you do not want further coaching services, you don't need to cancel or tell us, we do not collect any billing information and will not follow up to sell you anything. If you decide at a later time that you want to purpose this, simply send us an email and we will get in touch with you to set it up.
