We all Have Basic Needs

If you living as an adult wounded child, chances are high that your fundamental needs of a wounded child are not being met.

If your basic human needs are being met, this is a huge impact on a person. An impact which can be removed by healing the wounds.

Realizing that there are voids within your basic needs should be changed. Every human deserved to have their basic needs met. Do not allow the wounds from your past keep you from these basic needs.

Nobody can tell another person in what order their basic needs are important, they are all important and the great part is, by healing the wounded child, these basic needs will start falling into place for you.

Physical survival is the foundation for life so the things that keep us alive are the foundation of needs. Our bodies will not survive without the basic food and water and then the things that sustain our life is included. 

Part of safety is part of the physiological such as shelter, warmth but b that there are several things that fall into this such a predictability and control. The fundamental feeling safe, is part of feeling free to do the things we want or need to do without feeling fear. Financial issues fall into this as well as society, it's all encompassing.

We as humans have a basic need to feel loved and accepted. This is part of the reason there are so many wounded adult children. Without this fundamental need being met, it leads to an irrational mindset.

This can be broken into two parts, there is self esteem which is vital for our self confidence and our overall self portrait. This is another reason why living as an adult wounded child is so difficult. 

Most wounded adult children suffer from poor self esteem and lack of self confidence which is typically a roadblock to becoming what we are meant to be.

The second part of esteem is the desire to feel respected by others and professional reputations.

This need is about what we feel our potential is and reaching that potential. Wounded children living as adults often do not know what their potential is because they are stuck in the place of pain and struggle to reach beyond those limits that are build on irrational mindset.
